M.A. Prakrit and jain studies

The M.A. in Prakrit and Jain Studies programme places special emphasis on advanced and in-depth study. It covers profound concepts of Jain philosophy, Āgamic and post-Āgamic literature, comparative philosophy, applied Jain studies, and the development of a research-oriented perspective

P.H.D

The Department of Prakrit and Jain Studies was established 2022 with the objective of promoting the academic study of Prakrit languages, Jain philosophy, Agamic literature, and Indian knowledge traditions in accordance with UGC guidelines.

Diploma in Prakrit & Jain studies

In this course, knowledge of Prakrit and history of Jainism is compiled along with Hindi, English. The curriculum includes Jainism, Agama Vidya and Literature, Indian Philosophy along with Sanskrit Grammar and Literature, Cosmology, Stotra Literature, Jain Philosophy, Jain Ethics, Knowledge of Arts in Jain Culture etc in three years. ​
